Hi Dimple,
However, There are several good Institutes in india which one can join for Biotechnology, like All India Institute of Medical Sciences, IIT(Delhi, Mumbai, Kharagpur), GGSIPU, Amity Institute of Biotechnology etc. but giving the cutoff requirements for these institutes would not be possible as the cutoffs keeps on changing every year but the only thing I would suggest that the higher you score the better it would be in the National level Entrance Examination i.e AIEEE & IITJEE in case of IITs.
For last year's IITs cut off please check the link below:

Is 1000 your actual score or a round off? It is highly recommended that you do not apply with this score due to the following reasons:
1) Your score is not at all impressive. Infact, since you want to apply after 2 years, it is not at all recommended that you apply with this score as it will be pretty old by then.
2) GMAT is the preferred test to be taken for MBA. I would recommend you to take the GMAT and score above 600 atleast.
3) Incase you want to take the GRE only, target a score above 1200 atleast.
For further details, please visit https://usa.shiksha.com
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
