It seems you are more focussed about the subjects that you would require to qualify in IAS, instead I would suggest you to first consider your choice depending on your area of interest as there seems quite some time before you get eligible for te IAS exams.
The minimum qualification requirement is set for any Graduate degree from a recognized Unibersity.
Hence, the subjects that you opt in your 11th and later in your graduation sould be made on your preference and interest, and how you can opt for the choices have been well mentioned by aru.chopra already.
