It is always not advisable to do breaks in your education career. It will affect your career prospects and the syllabus keeps changing also. When you go for an interview most of the companies do not like to have breaks in your career. It is always to do one in one go whatever be the circumstances.

Yes it is good to do Primavera as an electrical engineer. There is huge scope for the same in the market and it is added asset in your career. Do the certification for the same. Do it from a good cad center of your choice.

No, U cant do BCA & MCA at the same time. Because BCA is Under Graduate programme which is done after 12th and MCA is Post Graduate programme which is done after graduation.
