Medical schools in Canada do not offer the MBBS, an undergraduate degree in medicine. They offer the MD (Doctor of Medicine). Applicants for the MD program are expected to have completed a Bachelor's degree. They are also required to have completed certain academic requirements in sciences. Having said all this, the Canadian medical schools give a very strong preference to Canadian residents, and competition for admission for international students if fierce. Only a small number of international students are admitted.
I would suggest you to pursue MBBS in India.

Hi Aashima,
There are many institutes which are offering Abacus and in fact there three types of Abacus offered from the ones that are mathematical calculations for computers of the ones required as a software by IATA, it is not clear as to which one you are referring to pursue and in either case both the courses are offered through class room mode and not the flexible mode.
Kindly revert for any further queries, also if you liked this answer then rate it 'Best answer' or give a 'Thumbs Up' rating.
