The minimum educational eligibility conditions for doing a PhD program in Germany is a Master's degree in the subject area. However, in some exceptional cases with outstanding academic results, students may be permitted to take up a PhD program with a Bachelor's honor degree. This depends on the subject, the university, the department and sometimes on the individual academician's views. Student aspirants, who would like to pursue a PhD program in Germany's higher Institutions, are advised to check for the entire admission details and the financial supports, from the respective Universities or Institutes. Also TOEFL /IELTS and GRE tests are required inorder to go to germany however GRE is only required for the engineering programs .

What I could gauge from your query is that you are looking for a career switch. If you are planning to become a SAP consultant in the field of your specialisation that is Sales & Marketing then I would say that you are on the right track. What I would suggest is that after doing SAP SD & CRM you should start looking for a job as SAP professional. While in job, you will come to know from your seniors & coworkers, which certifications would be benificial for you as a SAP professional and then you can plan to get those certifications which are most usefull according to SAP industry.
Moreover, according to me, after earning these certifications which you are currently working on the best thing would be to gain experience, the more experience you will have, the better opportunities you will be able to get.
