There's no minimum percentage like thing in college for placement. Different companies set different eligibility criteria. You should focus on getting 75%+ that will be more than enough.

Becoming a RJ is not an easy job. You must have some basic qualities within you like the ability to talk on multiple topics simultaneously, talk with sense of humor, talk sensibly etc. But above all you must have a passion for radio jockeying.
But these are the raw materials you need to have for becoming an RJ. With these you have to process them for the final output. This process is training. Training for different skills required in practical life of a RJ.
