Hi Kapil,
As JBT, popularly known as ETE, is a course which will involve a lot of practical training and coursework so, you would rarely find any Institutes giving correspondence programs in such courses. In most of the Institutions the eligibility to go for a JBT program is a higher secondary from a recognized board with 50% aggregate marks. The Government recognized Institutes which are giving JBT are: State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT), District Institute for Education and Training (DIET) & Jamia Millia Islamia (IASE, Faculty of Education). Few of the other private Institutes are:
Rama Krishna Teacher Training Institute
Lovely Teacher Training Institute
Gita Rattan Jindal Teacher Training Institute
Mirambika Teacher Education Institute
As far as the Fee Structure is concerned, it may vary from Institute to Institute. Generally the govt. Institutes will have a lower fee structure.

Every rhombus is a parallelogram, and a rhombus with right angles is a square. Every rhombus has two diagonals connecting opposite pairs of vertices and two pairs of parallel sides. Using congruent triangles, one can prove that the rhombus is symmetric across each of these diagonals. It follows that any rhombus has the following two properties:1. Opposite angles of a rhombus have equal measure.2. The two diagonals of a rhombus are perpendicular.
The first property implies that every rhombus is a parallelogram. A rhombus therefore has all of the properties of a parallelogram: opposite sides are parallel, adjacent angles are supplementary, and the two diagonals bisect one another.
Not every parallelogram is a rhombus, though any parallelogram with perpendicular diagonals (the second property) is a rhombus. Any quadrilateral with perpendicular diagonals, one of which is a line of symmetry, is a kite. Every rhombus is a kite.

The time taken to prepare for any entrance will depend on ones caliber and capability and it would not be possible for us to suggest you anything this regard.
If you are hard working and had a consistent academic record in your B.Sc IT, you may be able to get through the entrance and may even be able to secure a seat in a good institute.
Yet to provide you with further information, I would request you to kindly provide us with the details regarding the CET you plan to write for MCA (as in which CET exam you plan to go for).

Few good colleges like IIMC, XIC, MICA etc. conduct their own entrance exams so i cannot assure the exact pattern but i can provide you all that you need to prepare. So starting with media i would suggest you to go through the newspapers everyday and make a note of all the good articles or important news that you come across. You have to mug up the punch lines of various good and famous brands and also their Brand ambassadors, mug up the punch lines of various good news channels because they might ask it. Also if possible try and read few books on GK and Current affairs, if you want you can refer to Manorama year Book which is a nice book for GK and Current affairs. Apart from all these you also have to practice a lot on writing articles because they might give you any topic to write or also a picture that you need describe so you need to write it in a creative manner and for that you need to think out of the box. Other than these you may also prepare on reading comprehension, grammar, etc. At the end i would say that the entrance is not that difficult and you can clear it easily and the interview depends on your caliber.
