Hi Ary,
Since you are interested in IPS, i would like to say that in order to become an IPS officer you have to give UPSC exam. Their are two stages that you need to clear- preliminary exam and main exam. In order to prepare for UPSC the minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the age group is 21-30yrs. For your preparation i would suggest you to first join a good coaching center so that you have the relevant study material to start your preparation. MTA USA recently has a tie up with ATMA to provide market technician course so, Although the course will validate the education and certification of market professionals but, as it is a very recent tie up just few months old, how much result it could yield from career prospective it would too early to comment on that.

Well, a good question to answer. IIMS has its own brand name and recognition. Hence 1st pref. should always go for iims (Exc. MBA) if selected .
secondly, you can always opt IGNOU or any other approved university (MKU, Annamalai)etc.

You are talking about UK university and then telling you want to go to US. First decide which country you want to go. Decide it based on duration of the course,cost,part time jobs availability and your status of visa after student visa. Recession is still bad in US and it is not advisable right now.

Hi,
1.5 years experience would not be good enough to pursue MBA from a good university in Europe. If you want to pursue your MBA from a good university, you would need atleast 4-5 years of work experience. However, having next to 2 years work experience by August 2011, you are eligible to apply in most universities but admission would be tough.
Cost depends from university to university and location to location. You should have an average expenditure between 20,00,000 Lakhs to 35,00,000 Lakhs depending on the university and its location.
