Since you are interested in IPS, i would like to say that in order to become an IPS officer you have to give UPSC exam. Their are two stages that you need to clear- preliminary exam and main exam. In order to prepare for UPSC the minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the age group is 21-30yrs. For your preparation i would suggest you to first join a good coaching center so that you have the relevant study material to start your preparation. 1.5 years experience would not be good enough to pursue MBA from a good university in Europe. If you want to pursue your MBA from a good university, you would need atleast 4-5 years of work experience. However, having next to 2 years work experience by August 2011, you are eligible to apply in most universities but admission would be tough.
Cost depends from university to university and location to location. You should have an average expenditure between 20,00,000 Lakhs to 35,00,000 Lakhs depending on the university and its location.
