Hi Ravi,
Although, IME is approved by Government and do considered equivalent to a degree programme, if you have cleared both the A & B Level Examination, but whether or not it will be accepted as a graduation degree, would really depend on the University, you are planning to apply to, some may accept it as a degree some may not.
I would suggest you to individually check with the Universities you are planning to apply to. As far as AMIE is concerned yes you can get admission in AMIE, and even with your IME Certification you are eligible to be considered for central government level job vacancies.
Hope this will help you in taking a decis

As per your query, do not worry you can complete your graduation without pondering. Well the norms for lateral entry vary for different colleges. I would suggest you to visit the respective websites for detailed help.
Else there is an education body called NCC Education that give credit to your every level of education. Hi Ravi,
I am surprised on kind of scores you have got and before I reply to your query would like to know that how you have been allowed to sit for CAT Examination with such low percentage in your Graduation.
However, you can look for Private Institutes where you may get admission with such a low percentage in your Graduation but in IIMs Distance Learning programme they would require to have 50% and above in your graduation.
Thanks,
Pooja
