I would like to take up your second query, as different individuals will have different requirement so depending on once need, interests and career aspirations one should choose his degree. As you have mentioned that you are running your own business so in case you are planning to continue with your Business then even a distance learning programme would do for you as it is just for your own knowledge that you want to have a degree, however, in case you want to move out of your Business and get into a job then in that case Part time programme or a full time programme would be a good option.

I would completely agree with Priya, as the cut off keeps on changing every year and at times greatly fluctuate as well, so the best source to know the cut off is the Institute itself to which you are applying to.
