US, UK and Canada are among the finest study destination to pursue masters studies, there are many good universities in these countries which offers masters degree in various fields such as:
Mechanical engineering.
Civil Engineering.
Computer Engineering and many more fields.
To pursue masters from universities in these countries, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Please note GRE scores are not required by universities in UK.
Average fees at Canadian universities is around CA$ 20,000 per year,average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.
Please remember since pursuing education abroad involves a huge investment of time and money, so a proper research should be done to select the best universities offering course of your interest.
You should not simply pursue education abroad just for the sake of going abroad, because not all the universities abroad are good.
For pursuing education abroad, you need to first of all decide, in which country you wish to study, then you need to decide how are you going to finance your studies.
Finally you need to know which good universities are offering course your interest, and what are their eligibility criteria.

I would like to take up your second query, as different individuals will have different requirement so depending on once need, interests and career aspirations one should choose his degree. As you have mentioned that you are running your own business so in case you are planning to continue with your Business then even a distance learning programme would do for you as it is just for your own knowledge that you want to have a degree, however, in case you want to move out of your Business and get into a job then in that case Part time programme or a full time programme would be a good option.

Hi Jyoti, India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
UPSC conducts civil services examination every year in the month of May and June and its main exam is in the month of December. The notification for this exam comes out in the month of January end.
To crack the exam, the preparation requires the right approach along with the right study materials and strategy. The preparation requires focused study rather than plain hard work.
