Hi,
Well I would advice you to go ahead with the job and gain experience for good 2 years. And as a Technical Support Officer, you can work with any industry as all kinds of organizations are highly techno these days. So working with a mutual fund industry is good to start your career with. And definitely with time and experience, both designation and remuneration would improve.
Do not let others decide for you. Go with what your heart says. Grab the golden opportunity and make the best out of it.
Feel free to revert. In case it resolves, close the thread by liking it or marking as best.
Good Luck.

basically there is no diff between PGDBM & PGBM while MBA is a degree compared
to pgdbm & pgbm as these are diploma. If you have a degree you can go for PhD
while with pgdbm you can'tgo further a degree can only be offered by a
university and hence IIMs give pgdbm instead of MBA . So for working
professionals PGDM is also same is MBA
