Both the course i.e. MBA and M.tech are good course to pursue, both of these courses offers good career prospects and growth opportunities.
So you can purse either of these courses as per your interest or liking.
As you are still pursing your graduation, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after graduation and then opt for further studies, the advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue Masters in same field, where as if you are interested in management side you can opt to pursue MBA
If you are interested in MBA, then this work experience would help you to get admission in good universities.
Finally if you work for some years, you can yourself finance your partial or full tuition fees of the universities.

US, is one of the finest study destination to pursue masters studies, there are many good universities in US which offers MS degree in various fields such as:
Mechanical engineering.
Civil Engineering.
Computer Engineering and many more fields.
In order to pursue MS form USA, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus.
Universities in US have 2 admission intakes in a year namely:
Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.
An average tuition fee at US universities is around US$ 30,000 per year. the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

As for the entrance, starting with media I would suggest you to go through the newspapers everyday and make a note of all the good articles or important news that you come across. You have to mug up the punch lines of various good and famous brands and also their Brand ambassadors, mug up the punch lines of various good news channels because they might ask it. Also if possible try and read few books on GK and Current affairs, if you want you can refer to Manorama year Book which is a nice book for GK and Current affairs. Apart from all these you also have to practice a lot on writing articles because they might give you any topic to write or also a picture that you need describe so you need to write it in a creative manner and for that you need to think out of the box. Other than these you may also prepare on reading comprehension, grammar, etc.
