@Pankaj, The package for an MBA depends on a lot of factors like college or university which offers the course, individual ability, their work experience, their education qualification. For example if you do your MBA from the IIM's the average pay is around 10-12 lakhs and if you do it from some not so good B-school then you may not even get a placement. As per your query,I would say that whichever college your sister is studying, would surely assist her with companies for the training as OJT (On-the-job-training) is a mandatory part of curriculum for all professional programs.
