You just need to give the GRE and TOEFL. No need to look for fellowships. Most US universities offer fellowships to all qualified PHD candidates upto 2-5 years of study. Just give the GRE and TOEFL, score exceptionally well in both of them and apply.

There is no age limit. You just need an admission letter from a university. However, you being a 27 years old guy, i recommend opting for MBA rather than any other MS course.

HI Sasa, the best would depend on your profile. In the UK one can not pursue MArch without having cleared RIBA 1,2,3 exams. And before going for a MAsters in Architecture, I suggest that you gain some work experience if do not have any to help you better understand the course.
