Hi Divyesh,
You will have to first complete your backlog of 12th to get the clearance certificate/ passing certificate and post which can then opt for the diploma/ bba courses.
Both Diploma and BBA are different as the first one is short duration non-degree course but BBA is a Bachelor course in Business Administration and is awarded as a degree with the duration of 3 years. It is advised to opt for the degree course instead of diploma and preferably through the regular mode.

ECE is one of the best, but if you look at salary wise, computer science is the best one. firms like google, microsoft, adobe, deshaw, netapp etc pay in double digit lakh figures.something between 10-15 lakhs, whereas big names of ECE like TI, AD, ST microelectronics etc pay something between 6 to 8 lakhs.
