The admission to BBA is based on merit of Senior Secondary Certificate Examination so as to prepare the final merit list. The marks from various Boards are normalized for the purpose. Well as you have pursued a B.tech degree in your graduate level, I think MBA would help you in terms of getting good managerial posts but then there are rarely any institutes in India offering MBA in Media. Although, all the specializations mentioned by you have a decent scope but, which field you choose would largely depend on your own interests and career aspirations.
The fields like Endocrinology, Cytogenetics, Entomology are the fields in which you need to have indepth knowledge of Biology and if you have high interest in research field (Take up Endocrinology if you want to get into hormonal studies, go for Entomology in case you are interested to get into the study and research of insects. If you want to get into cell study go for Cytogenetics.)

1. MBA is a degree course, while
PGDBM is a diploma course.
2. MBA degree is provided by only those institutes that are affiliated to any university.
Eg . JBIMS and FMS, PUMBA. These B-schools are university depts of their respective university.
they follow an academic curriculum as prescribed by the university.
hence these B-Schools give MBA and MMS degrees.
(Note: MMS degrees are the same as MBA degree, the only thing is that Mumbai University gives MMS degrees instead of an MBA.)
3. PGDBM courses are offered by private B-Schools that are not affiliated to any University.
