I don't think that pathology is the only field that you can get into after completing your Microbiology, few other fields which you may explore are: clinical Research, healthcare, hospital management, agriculture. You can opt for MBA degree in health care/ Hospital Management. Teaching can also be a good option provided you are inclined towards it. For teaching you need to complete your Masters level and sit for NET. You can also get into pharmaceutical industry.

Although, out of these Institutes Brilliant tutorial is the oldest one but that can not & should not be the reason to take up their study material, rather I would suggest you to visit all the three institutes go through their study material make a comparison and then decide which institute you should choose, I would also suggest you to interact with few of the current batch students and take a feedback about the material.
