There are several career options that you can opt for after completing your B.tech like going for higher studies in the same field i.e. M.Tech or if you are keen to change field then can think of getting in MBA in Operations or other field.
Also you can take up some short term certificate courses related to IT depending on your area of interest, or can look forward to take up a job and gain some experience and then pursue further education.
It will entirely depend on your interest and preference and without knowing these details, giving any information would be difficult.
Kindly revert for any further queries, also if you liked t

Hi Rohan, what is generally expected is that the translation in English be done by a professional translator (who is not easily accessible in India) or you could get it done by a public notary. So you can refile you visa and your wife's with a translation in English done and notarised by a public notary. It is very much accepted. If there were any more flaws you will need to counter those as well before you apply for visa.
But please file it again if all the other documents are still valid and as specified by the British High Commission.
Good luck.

Hotel management is definitely a good option. You do not need to give any exams for this. There is just 1 international standardized English Test that you have to take i.e. IELTS. Target a score above 6.5 band score with a minimum score of 6 in each section.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
