You can take up a post graduation course in any management or business administration related discipline. Example: PGD in management, PGD in marketing, etc.
It totally depends on what you want to become and what your career goals are. If you want to pursue MBA in management, then you should pursue a PGD in management. This will make you eligible to apply in all the universities in the US. They have a 12+4 eligibility criteria. You currently have a 12+3 degree. by pursuing a post graduate diploma, you will have a 12+4 degree with 1 undergraduate degree and 1 post graduate diploma.

Well let me tell you if you are going to study in a good university or College then job won't be a problem also it depends upon the opportunity, your knowledge, your skills and performance at the time of the interview. Networking also helps you in finding a good job most of the students able to find job post studies in UK.Risk is everywhere whether you are in UK or in India.

Do SAP from Siemens or Genovate which are the authorized training partners of SAP in India.
Here you will be able to get the genuine certificate of SAP. SAP has 29 modules and i shall name few of them but rest of them please ask the councillors.
