OXFORD university is a group of institutions in the UK. The qualification will be delivered in any one of the Oxford group of institutions and you will get the award from the university. Entry criteria is very strict and quality is ensured before accepting any applications. As Dennis here has mentioned, there are other universities who accept applications from students without experience for their MBA.
But again, without experience or a vocational diploma like APDMS from Edexcel - UK, studying for an MBA will be like you would be able to say that you are an MBA but in the market, the knowledge that you need will be missed. Better to go
