To be eligible M.Sc in IT, the minimum eligibility required is a B.Sc in graduation but with a BCA, this is not possible but then you can opt for the MCA course. There are many institutes in India which are offering MCA course and to know about the same you may refer top the following link:

Well its obviously a good descsion like studying in developed european countries and germany is the good option for post graduation studies and also the favourite destination for international students.
