To be eligible M.Sc in IT, the minimum eligibility required is a B.Sc in graduation but with a BCA, this is not possible but then you can opt for the MCA course. There are many institutes in India which are offering MCA course and to know about the same you may refer top the following link:

Well its obviously a good descsion like studying in developed european countries and germany is the good option for post graduation studies and also the favourite destination for international students. The standard of higher education in germany is first rate.There are over 500 international degree programmes offer courses which are entirely or partly taught in english .
Since the medium of instruction in the international degree programmes is mainly english,you are not expected to have German language skills.Instead a proof of proficiency in english ,like IELTSor TOEFL,is often required.Neverthless the basic knowledge of german language will help u to interact with german students an to find a job.
Education is free in Germany if you able to get the DAAD scholarship however fees is also very nominal, eligibility criteria is different as per the courses however some engineering programs requires GRE score TOEFL/ IELTS is often required if program is in english language.
