Post completing your BDS, if you are keen then you can specialize in a particular field of dental sciences like Maxillofacial Sciences, Orthodontist, Endodontist, Periodontist and many more like wise.

Good that you have realized the importance of Education. However, I would suggest that first of all you should try with your own University from where you were doing your B.Com as there is some maximum duration within which you have to complete your degree, so in case they permit you to complete your degree, good enough, if not then the second option for you would be Open Universities.
For more detailed information on Open Universitys system (Delhi University) to take students I would suggest you to directly get in touch with the University as every University will have a different admission procedure. Few of The other Universities which you can consider are:

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University
Kota Open University
Karnataka State Open University
Netaji Subhas Open University

Distance education is always less preferred for any type of education as the quality of education and the career prospects are less as compared to the regular mode. Also opting for an abroad institute to pursue a course through the distance mode involves a lot of risk as it is difficult to mark the credibility of the course and recognition of the Institution. Instead, I would suggest you to opt for either of the options to study either in India from an Institute which is approved here or to go abroad through the relevant source and pursue the course through the regular mode.
