Hi Prakash,
There are many Colleges in Delhi that offer MCA courses and to pursue through the regular mode one requires to qualify an entrance and based on which the admissions take place. As compared to regular MCA, fee for the correspondence would be far economical but the value would be more for that of the regular mode.
If you are keen to get both in one college/ university;then look for a University MCA program like JNU, Jamia, GGS IP University and more.

It is always advised to pursue MBA through the regular mode instead of the correspondence but if you are unable to do so, SCDL is a good option to pursue MBA through the distance mode. Definitely the combination will offer great career opportunity in both the fields i.e. Event management and the specialization that you would opt for for in your MBA program but because you have not clearly mentioned about the specialization you plan to pursue in MBA, it is difficult to provide any details.

Both the fields are different disciplines of the same domain. Software Testing is a the process of validating and verifying that a software program/product meets the business and technical expectations, and can be implemented easily. Data Base on the other hand, is a collection of data in an organized form for one of multiple users. Both are very much different and as for the difficulty level is concerned, it depends on your capabilities and interests entirely.
