There are many institutes in India offering MBA course and the minimum eligibility for pursuing MBA is a graduate degree from a recognized University, however this may vary depending on the aggregate required by the institutes, for eg. to write CAT one needs to have 50% in graduation where as to write MAT you require to be a graduate.

To be eligible for PO Examination, you need to have 60% aggregate marks in 12th standard or in Diploma after 10th standard; and 55% aggregate marks in Graduation.

Yes after BE in Mechanical engineering you are eligible for Aerospace engineering however in order to take admission you must have good bachelors degree must be around 60% and above .
