Firstly, There are rarely any institutes to offer M.S degree in India as this course is more common in West (seen equivalent to M.Sc degree in India).
You can opt for M.Sc courses but then getting it through the distance/ correspondence mode is difficult as there are hardly any institutes offering it, also you are already a Master degree holder and pursuing another similar degree would not offer much value.
MCA in itself is a very technical course and offers great career opportunities in technical and IT field. You can opt for various short term courses to update self with the latest technologies in the filed of your interest. i.e Software, Hardware, Networking, Data Base etc. To know about the various courses being offered, you may refer to the following link:

Please specify for what exactly do you want to join Defence Research & Development Organization for? If you are looking for Industrial training then I would say as, DRDO comprises of different laboratories spread across the country, and each has different training policies based on their security restrictions. The Director of the concerned lab is the only approving authority for such type of industrial trainings and to get more details on particular training program you need to approach the Director of the concerned lab in which you desire to get your training through the Head of your College/Institute.
