Yes you can pursue M.Sc after completing B.Tech. You have to check about the relevant subject, any entrance test, percentage along with other requirements of the college/ university.

To be a commercial pilot, you must have completed your Class 12th or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in mathematics and physics.
Training in commercial flying can be taken with Flying clubs, the Rashtriya Udan Academy or Private Flying academies.
The training goes through 3 stages of licence. The licences have to be procured in the following order:
1. Student Pilot Licence (SPL).
2. Private Pilot Licence (PPL).
3. Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
After completing class 12th (with PCM) students can apply for SPL. Student pilot licence can be taken at flying clubs in every State. It is a theory exam.
