Delhi University conducts common entrance tests for admission in BMS, BBA and BBE in various affiliated colleges. You are advised to appear for CET. The eligibility criteria for appearing in CET is that a candidate should have appeared or cleared their Senior Secondary School Examinations from CBSE or an equivalent board taken into account by the Delhi University
Candidates belonging to the general category should have scored at least 60 percent marks in their class 12 exams, with mathematics and English being the main subjects while those belonging to OBC should have scored a minimum of 55 percent marks.

Syllabus of both M.Sc CS and IT is similar and has an overlap of up to 80%-90%. CS grads have minor advantage that they may be considered for System Programmer job in addition I to Application Programmer's job. But in long run, both CS and M.Sc IT graduates have similar scope. Job opportunities will depend on university reputation and previous placement records.
