Your state government has a department of tech education. They will have a list of all institutions who are permitted to offer diploma in marine engineering. This will be an authentic list. Once you know this, then you can decide as to where you want to do your diploma.

Can you be more specific ease? There is an exam in Punjab for admission to diploma called JET. There is another JET I.e. Jain Entrance Test. There is one more with same acronym conducted in Rajasthan.

For this, you have to know the eligibility criteria 1. IGNOU for admission to Batchelor of art.
According to IGNOU Eligibility Criteria: If you do B. An ignou then your 12th class should be complete. If you do not have the 12th degree and you want to do a B.Then you can do it but for that, you have to do the BPP course which is provided by IGNOU itself. After doing the BPP course you can be eligible for B.A.
2. Selection Criteria: It is done on a Married Based.

Two months are more then enough with dedicated preparation to appear in Common Entrance Test conducted by Delhi University for admission in BMS, BBE etc. Lot of students are able to clear the examination without any preparation.
