Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. LPU is a well renowned university, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. Ofcourse you can, if you get into a good university, if you are academically strong and determined you should. Keep in mind about the finances involved and also what you want to study. My advice, don't just go abroad for the sake, take the leap if you are serious about your studies and career. If needed, speak to overseas education counselors while also being careful as some may simply persuade you to go abroad to earn their incentives.

Every exam is challenging in its own way, but not for diligent students. Even though this exam is the most difficult in the world UPSC it still has its standards and prominence. Work incredibly hard, and you'll definitely shine. You must successfully pass the Civil Services Examination (CSE), which is administered by the Union Public Services Commission UPSC in order to join the Indian Police Service (IPS). In order to select candidates for positions in the IAS IPS, IFS, IRS, and other services, the UPSC conducts the Civil Service Exam (CSE), a common exam.

According to your marks and board % , you will lie somewhere between 2,25,000-2,50,000. So chances for NIT are negligible. But you can choose some state government. Colleges and some good privates.
