In my opinion MBA has more scope of employment and opportunities compared to PGDM. As MBA is a master course in bussiness adminstration companies prefer students with good academic record and communicational skills completed the course in regular mood in good jobs. Where as PGDM is a post graduation diploma course in management which has less scope in employment as it is a diploma degree.By doing MBA u can pursue higher education like Ph.D after completing MBA but in PGDM its not possible.
All the best!
