Well as a friend I would suggest you to think about this decision again as pursuing a Masters in Journalism and Mass Comm after a Masters in Management will not be a good option.
But keeping in mind your interest in Mass Comm, I would like to give you the details. Mass Comm is a broad field and has a lot to offer such as Journalism, advertising, Marketing, PR etc.

After going through your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for regular MBA program, as it will further enhance your career prospects.
MBA is a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are:
Finance.
Marketing.
Human resources.
Operations management.
Most of the students from engineering background opt for either finance or operations as their specialization, how ever before opting for any specialization you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can opt for the best specialization as per your interest and liking.
The advantage of having 2-3 years of work experience would be that you can yourself finance your studies for a regular MBA program from good institutes.
