I would say good institutes /Universities do not give admissions without qualifying test. What you can do is call them immediately and ask for the details. As you can get the admission and take the test in few days later as per the dates mentioned by them. Yes, they can. All graduations are accepted as basic requirement for PG Diploma in Mass Comm. I did OG Diploma in JMC after my M.Phil. but the basic qualification for the Distance Education remained BA for me. I did MA after this. PG diploma tool. The forms shall be coming in the coming month and can be filled till September.
