Hi, You should apply for a masters in mechanical engineering program as you have an undergraduate major in the field. In USa, you can apply to IOWA State University and Syracuse University. In Canada,you can apply to University of Alberta and Dalhousie University.
Cost in US universities would be somewhere in between 40,000-80,000 USD per annum. In Canada, the cost would be around 30,000-50,000 CAD per annum.
