Hi,
If you want to do MS in Thermal Engineering then there are 3 universities in UK which are famous for thermal engineering :- University of Manchester, Cranfield University, University of Cambridge.
However if you are only interested in London then you may go for MS in Mechanical Engineering from London based universities like:- Kingston University, City University, University College London, Imperial College London.
You need to give IELTS test to proof your English language skills.

I suggest you write your CAT exam, in November 2011. Most of the B Schools in the top 100 accept only CAT scores. You need to do your MBA from a reputed B School, for your degree to be valued by the corporate world.
