Hi Dr, Joe, if your college is not recognised then you can not pursue any further course in Singapore. And you must check the university that has awarded the degree to you not the college. If that is also not recognised then either you can try in some other country or continue your studies in India itself.

Almost all good universities in the US offer scholarship in 1 way or the other. To get a scholarship, you need really good academic credentials including your percentage, your GRE and TOEFL score. Apart from that, you need a very well framed scholarship essay. Also, your LOR's would play a very important role in getting you a scholarship. Try targetting a score above 1300 if you want a scholarship. The higher you score, the better it is.
