Most of the distance education & correspondence program doesn't have entrance exam. However, IGNOU does have Entrance Exam for its MBA programme call OPEN MAT but it is the only one which has entrance exam for distance programmes as well.

If you are asking about the general reputation of Pune University then I would say it is a decent University which is UGC approved, but if you are looking a specific program in that University then I would suggest you to visit the University and try and talk to the Faculty members and the current batch students of that particular programme. If possible try and get educational details of the Faculty members and few of the alumnae numbers, also check the placement records for that particular programme. All these things will give you a good idea about the quality of the programme.
