In order to get admission in any university in Canada, you would require atleast 6.5 band score in IELTS with a minimum score of 6 in each section. The higher you score, the better impression you give to the universities and visa autority.

She can opt for B tech degree, bachelors degree in management, bba, journalism, and many other courses. Hi,
No you cannot pursue a regular BCOM degree. to pursue a regular BCOM degree, you need to have passed class 12th whereas in your case, you have not even passed class 10th. Go ahead and pursue a diploma, but your not eligible for a degree.

Practically, it is not possible for you to pursue your studies in the US with a budget of 3-4 lakhs a year. Living expenses only sum upto 5-6 lakhs per annum. I am sorry to disappoint you but with this budget, it is not possible to study abroad, even for a diploma course.
