It is advisable, you look for UG programs in your desired field. Post completion of your studies, you can opt to work or even pursue master's degree. However, it is difficult to find UG automobile engineering programs in Canada. Most of the universities are offering MS courses in this field. You must do some research on your end. Check the Bachelor of engineering (Honors) program by University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT). Some other options include Durham College and St. Clair College. I hope this helps. For the PGDM course the cut off was 82%tile followed by GD-PI sessions as per the admission procedure.
Now since your an OMS candidate ,kindly refer to the DTE website for the admission procedure for an MMS seat and its related documents to fulfill the criteria . However for PGDM seats you can call up the institute to enquire if the admission forms are up for sale .
Timings vary for MMS as well as PGDM.
