Jecrc has provided the highest package of Rs. 44 Lacs and approved by UGC. It has many facilities such as a library, and cafeteria. Hostel, Wi-Fi campus, labs, sports complex, and many more. Lovely Professional University is the best engineering college in India. LPU becomes the best place to pursue an engineering degree with highly qualified teaching staff, best laboratories, and modern technologies. LPU provides abundant opportunities for students to think out of the box. They can secure their future by getting these opportunities. Placements at LPU are best-ever achievements. Most definitely! Honestly speaking, the quality of education provided at any of the universities in India has been standardized by the autonomous body called University Grants Commission (UGC). It is just a matter of public opinion that sometimes condemns a university while over-hyping another. Of course, few other factors, such as the university intake of good candidates and the output of taught, trained, and efficient candidates who get successful placements during the course of the past couple of years, matter, of course, but lets get to that a while later. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Students also go for on-job training (OJT) where they are paid stipend too. In regards to the stream concentric study of Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at Lovely Professional University, it is undoubtedly a very good idea. The faculty at the CSE department of LPU is just as qualified as any of the popular universities and institutes of India that offer this discipline names I don't even need to say! It has produced perfectly efficient computer engineers in the past couple of years who have eventually landed salary packages as high as 42 LPA! Over the past couple of years, the department has seen a rise in the number of students taking admission in the stream. Due to this, the competition between students within the department has increased, and this has indirectly improved the overall performances of the batch as a whole. Without mentioning unrealistic figures, I am going to say that the students graduating from the CSE branch at LPU get placed more often than any other department from the same university. Not everyone gets placements in a core company, but they will get placed in companies functioning in various other fields.

In my opinion, JECRC university is better option, Because we all are looking for good placement as well as good faculty also, In both prospects, JECRC university is better!

Dear Ashish, I would say that Lovely Professional University is a great university which every students are looking for. Be it studies, hangout places, infrastructure or extracurricular activities, this university has it all. LPU makes leaders who are not only thorough professionals but also good human beings with values. This is just one of the many reasons why it is consistently ranked no.1. Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Lately, number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. I am saying this because my cousin brother has completed same course from Lovely Professional University, Reviews are pretty good. Well, the study of CSE in LPU is very good. You should go to a college which has collaboration with MNCs to set up a live project lab for students so that they could learn working on projects at corporate level like Gulzar Group of Institute have signed MoU with L-Kshay Pvt. Ltd. to make its computer Science students have knowledge of working in cooperate and enhancing their practical knowledge.

JECRC is better as it has a limited number of students in branches while in LPU, there are more than sufficient students for each branch. When it comes to placement, if there are less students, then definitely you have an edge. JECRC is a duplicate smart copy of Lovely when it comes to infrastructure.

Apart from LPU or JECRC, other good performing colleges are also there in northern India. I recently visited the campus of Indo Global Colleges near Chandigarh which is one of the finest & excellent college of CSE in terms of ranking, reputation, the oldest, affiliation, best learning environment, state of the art infrastructure with well-equipped labs, workshops, digital classrooms equipment and tools etc. , beautiful surroundings, strong industry exposure & tie-ups, well qualified and experienced faculty & top placements. This college has tie-up with all leading academic and industrial top companies I. e IIT bombay, IIT Delhi and Chennai, IBM, Cisco, Red Hat, Oracle, etc. I met concerned HOD of the CSE & he guided me very well. I'm sharing my experience based on my recent experience about this college on CSE.
