MBA Hospital management is a good source through which a medicine student can search for job avenues in the field of management. Although you can opt for any other stream of management as well, but hospital management seems to make its presence felt and in demand by the medicine graduates. The Hospital management / administration course is such designed so to administer the processes that goes through a daily routine and attain the business targets of a hospital. This is more seen in the private hospitals and the the deserving candidate is well paid.

Many universities in US offers scholarships to international students. Please remember every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria to apply for scholarships.
It s always advisable to apply for the scholarships as per the specific date and time as required by the university, to get the detail information regarding the scholarships date, it would be always advisable to go through the university website.

As you have stated in your question, "interest in technical stuffs to which i was never exposed", I would request you to first elaborate on this; as to which kind of technology you wish to explore and make a career out of, so that it becomes easier for us to guide you better.
As for the placement problems are concerned, usually it is a scenario in government run institutes but then it is you who needs to prove his mettle even if you were given placement assistance. I would suggest you that if you are keen to take up some training in a particular technology, go ahead and do it with utmost zeal and enthusiasm. Post the completion of the course or along with it, you can upload your CVs on various job sites or applying to the vacancies directly on basis of the advertisements released can definitelty give you a lot of market exposure, also can land you to your first job.

Only full-time graduate degree holders are allowed.
Candidates seeking admission to 3-year MBA programme should have passed a bachelor's degree examination of at least three years duration with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate. Relaxation of this criterion may be made for those who scored more than 55% marks in aggregate in their post-graduate degree or at least 60% in a Diploma in Personnel Management, Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Diploma in Administrative Management of Delhi University conducted by FMS in earlier years.
Candidates should have at least three years experience as an executive or an administrator in a commercial, industrial or government establishment after passing the Bachelor's Degree Examination.Three years Full-Time experience shall be determined as on 1st August, 2011.Candidates must be sponsored by his/her present employer.
Note: Sponsorship means that the application needs to be certified by the present employer. The employer need not bear any financial responsibility.

Although, there are several study centers who provide classes for Medical & Engineering students like Akaash Institute, FIITJEE, Narayan study circle, but getting a two in one programme would rather be difficult. Being an international student interested in postgraduate study in Australia, acceptance into a postgraduate programme is normally based on academic merit and at the discretion of the Dean (Postgraduate) of the faculty.
Standard in the English is the most essential requirement. Reference to the following information may help you to know the English requirement and test etc.:
Overall IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 and all bands 6.0 or better
OR
Paper-based TOEFL: Overall score of 575 plus Essay (TWE) of 4.5
OR
Internet-based TOEFL (iBT): Overall score of 90 plus a Writing score of 21
Other requirements as an Indian Student:
One year's successful bachelor degree level study at a recognised institution of university standing with good passing grades; or an overall average over four subjects (not including native languages and non-academic subjects) of 75 percent in either the Higher Secondary School Examination or the All India Senior School Certificate, with a minimum of 60 percent in English.
