PR is a very good course and has a lot of demand in the professional market. PR requires more of personality and communication skills, one needs to get his or her work done. A PR is basically the face of the organization and is responsible for all the client meetings and getting business for the organization, so one has to be really convincing and of course PR pays "well".
As you have asked about YMCA and Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, I would say that both the institutes are good and course content is good.
Few other good institutes for PR are IIMC, MICA, XIC,etc.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

Well that is completely right, as mentioned by Rex_B , it is advisable to opt for the regular mode of education rather than the distance but if you happen to go for the Correspondence/ Distancee ducation, you have a few good options like IGNOU, PTU, SMU etc.

Yes, most definitely after doing your B.Sc you can go for B.Ed programme. As far as doing M.Sc alongside is concerned, I would not suggest you to do so, as both M.Sc and B.Ed are Exhaustive programmes and would require lot of hard work and study, so managing both would be really difficult. Moreover, M.Sc through correspondence will not hold much value in the job market.
I can only give the guidance the last decision would lie in your hand, but before plunging into the programme keep all the pros and cons in min, also check with the college from where you are planning for B.Ed if they allow to do another degree simultaneously.
