UK and US are the best study destination to pursue engineering and related courses:
In order to pursue undergraduate engineering course in UK ans US,you need to have:
12 years of education with good academic record preferably 60% plus in 12th.
Relevant 12th degree form recognized education board.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
SAT score of 1600-1700 plus.
Please note that SAT score is required by universities in US only, universities in UK do not require SAT score.
Universities in UK and US have 2 admission intakes in a year namely:
Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.
So first of all you need to decide in which intake you want admission, and accordingly you can start your application process at least 6-7 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
An average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree (10+2+3) with minimum 50 % aggregate marks or equivalent in any discipline.
Admission Procedure: A screening test of two hours duration will be held in the Faculty of Social Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. Based on the results of this test short listed candidates will be required to appear in the Group discussion and Interview on 22.7.07. The admission will be made on the basis of the merit index prepared by taking into account the three components mentioned above, obtained marks of which will be converted into weightage, as well as a candidate's past academic performance. Total weightage for the screening test, G. D., Interview and academic performance will be 45, 25, 20, and 10, respectively.
The screening test will comprise three components viz. current affairs and general awareness, numerical ability and quantitative reasoning and academic aptitude with 50 multiple choice questions in each component. Details of this test are given below:
Section A:
Current Affairs and General Awareness: Economic, Social, Cultural, Political, Scientific, Commercial and General Intelligence

Section B:
Numerical Ability and Quantitative Reasoning: Computational Ability, Quantitative Reasoning, Interpretation of Tables, Graphs, Etc. (The Numerical Ability Test will be of High School standard).

Section C:
Academic Aptitude Test in English: Comprehension, Vocabulary, Grammar, Idioms and Phrases, Usage, Correction and Completion of Sentences.

Since you are studying in TYBCA, eligibility is
Appeared for the final year examination of any Bachelor's degree to be awarded by any of the Universities
incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established
by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 of
minimum three years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities, or an
equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India and having studied
Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects at 10 + 2 level or higher level examination. Such candidates
will be considered for provisional admission subject to passing the Degree examination with minimum of
50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories
belonging to Maharashtra State only).
