As you are interested in pursuing your MS in Mechanical from Germany. Germany is one of the countries known for technological advancements. Few good universities that you can look for are
Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen,
RWTH Aachen University,
Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt,
University of Applied Sciences Landshut, etc.
For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL or any other exam as per the university requirement.
Also I would suggest you if possible go for a German language course. It may not be mandatory for you to learn the language for the course but will help you to find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.

First all I would like to explain that it is SAP which is main certification programme ABAP & HR the two different modules of this certification; ABAP is the technical module mainly for Engineers and other technical people, whereas SAP HR is a functional module.
As far as the scope of this certification is concerned definitely it has a great scope, with the kind of technology advances happening almost all the big corporates have started using these software and SAP consultants are in high demand now a days.
Now depending on your own interests and career aspirations you can choose between the technical or functional module. The only thing which I would like to stress upon that you should do your training from the authorised training center of SAP as these authorized centers help you getting better projects.

Hi Vikash, for Defence exams candidate must have a XII class/equivalent passed certificate conducted by State Board/Universities. Degree (not Diploma) of a recognized university or equivalent. Candidates who are studying in final year degree course and have yet to pass final year degree examination or equivalent examination can apply for the examination, but they will be required to submit proof of passing the degree examination or equivalent examination by the specified dates published in commission's notice for the examination. Unmarried males can only apply. Candidates must be physically fit according to the physical standards for admission to combined defence services examination. Hi Girish, to prepare for such exams I would advice you to be very particular about the subject you choose for prelims as you will be appearing for an objective type paper. G.K. will definitely pay in your prelims. Reading newspapers, watching TV news and quiz shows like KBC is a must. Enhance your personality because it will definitely be one of the criteria for selection. Improve your communication skills. You may go for so many books available in the market for Civil Service Exam preparation.As you have to study two sections i.e General and Optional section.For General subject preparation, you can follow books like Oxford Atlas India ,best current affairs magazines including leading newspapers, NCERT books on General Geography of India,Physical Geography by Leong, Introduction to Indian Constitution - D.D. Basu, Indian Economy - Dutt and Sundharam, Science and Technology Published by the Spectrum, etc. And for the optional subjects also you can find good books in the market. You have to choose of your own particular subject book in this case.

I am not an aeronautical engineering expert myself but I had read a very excellent answer to a similar question at some forum recently, which went like this:
Do not let anyone tell you that Aeronautical Engineering is very lucrative or very much in demand or will take you places. Well, it will take you places, i.e. you will have to relocate a lot until you get lucky and find a good company and stable job. You need to be either at the top of your class or need very good contacts in the aero industry to really be able to get a job. Otherwise, aerospace engineering might overqualify you for just about everything in market. Leave no stones unturned to get an internship. Learn to sleep less and work in high stress environments right from school and last but not the least, do not underestimate Professor Politics in making or breaking your career.

You have tow options in front of you, if you have more than 5 Years of work experience you can opt for EMBA programme. The problem which I could foresee in this is that you can't take a sabbatical and EMBA would be only useful provided you plan to do it from a decent full time Institute like IIMs, XLRI etc. Second option is a part time MBA programme, Part time MBA would be right option in your case as you don't have take a career break in this. Few of the good part time Institutes are: FMS, MDI, IMT, Fore School of Management, S.P.Jain, Welingkar, NMIMS etc.
