You can look for Web Designing or Web Development so that you can move to IT sector slowly as you are an Engineer. You can also see Animation sector. For mechanical engineers studying 3D Animation is defintely useful as you can make a career in Mechanical Design sector. But you must do atleast part time course if full time is not possible. Well Germany is a country known for its technical advancements especially Automobile! So, an MS in Automobile from Germany would really boost your profile and would certainly open many doors for you.
As for getting a job in Volkswagen, Merc etc. would totally depend on your caliber and knowledge. No degree or institute can guarantee a job for you.

Hi Soniya,
To appear for IAS Examination you need to have graduation from a recognized University, so if your friend has directly done M.Com and doesn't have M.Com it would not hold valid for IAS Examination. Infact he/she would face problems in other government sectors as well.
