Noone can suggest you how to go about with your studies to get good marks. The only mantra to get good marks is study hard! Since you want to study in USA for masters in computer science, you will be required to take the GRE and TOEFL. To get good marks in these tests also, it is highly recommended that you take coaching from a good institution like Jamboree, and not prepare on your own. If you are not very bright with academics, take tuitions for the Btech subjects, but if you are serious about studying abroad, considering the kind of money that you would be investing, make sure you give your best shot as studying your masters abro

Both the courses are as good career options but with an aim of you wanting to become a TL, the position requires some prior work experience. As correctly mentioned by Kishore, PMP is technical and will definitely give you the require push provided you have some related career in this/ technical stream.
