UPSC is Union Public Service Commission, an exam conducted by govt. of India for jobs in govt. sector. In UPSC their are two stages that you need to clear- preliminary exam and main exam. The minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the eligibility age is from 21-30yrs. For your preparation i would suggest you to first join a good coaching center so that you have the relevant study material to start your preparation. For self study you can start with reading newspapers and books related to current affairs and Gk, if you want you can refer to Manorama Year book which is one good book for GK and current affairs. As you have completed your degree in 5 Years instead of 4 Years it seems difficult to get into good MBA Institutes through CAT. Although it is heard to even sit for CAT but if you have 50% and above aggregate marks from a UGC recognised University you may apply for the Entrances but most of the Universities would not accept you as a student. I would suggest you to opt for some vocational programs rather than looking for courses like MBA as vocational programs will help you in starting your career.

Hi Gauranjali,
Although, there are several interior designing Institutes giving different level of programs but, as you are doing BCA, to do a Masters level degree program in Interior designing you need to have a bachelors degree in the same field. However, there are several Institutes & Polytechnics like YWCA or Exteriors Interior which give various Postgraduate Diploma, Diploma or Certificate programs in Interior designing in which you dont require to have a background in the same field.

Well, choosing among the two Masters courses as mentioned by you would depend on your area of interest in the particular field. If you are keen to pursue a career in the Management field then opting for a MBA degree would be a beneficial decision.

As for MCA is concerned, it is highly a technical career and opting for this field will open doors to the field of IT and in various related segments. To pursue MCA from a reputed institute the minimum educational qualification required is a Graduate and with Maths in +2 level.
