Hi Uttam,
There aren't many such Universities in India which offers PhD in Social work but some of the renowned institutions offering this are:
Jamia Milia Islamia,
University of Pune,
Madras School of Social Work,
TISS.
These institutions are offering regular Doctorate programs. Getting a distance education course is even rare to get in India, however you can look for the PhD in Social Work offered by IGNOU.

They will call you 10 times before you pay up and once you have paid, even if you call them 20 times you will not be able to speak with them. Right from the University listing, university counseling, application process, every step would be a cumbersome experience and they will not be able to get you admission in any university they would have promised earlier. I have been a victim of this fraud company. DO NOT LET THE DUPE YOU. You can call me at 7276169100 to know more about their pathetic services. Or you can just google "GECS reviews" an
