Although, there are Institutes which give part time Engineering programs like IGNOU, Annamalai University, Acharya Nagarjuna etc, but no part time programs can stand equivalent to a full time Engineering program reason being, firstly, the competitiveness of the full time program, Entering a full time Engineering is much more tougher than a part time program, Secondly, the kind of practical exposure required in engineering program is only possible through a full time program. So, definitely full time Engineering students will have an upper hand on part time Engineering graduate & advisable is that you should go for a full time

It would be impossible to get a university in the US in the field of pharmacy with 610 score. You can apply to universities that do not have a GRE requirement, however, you would need a very good percentage in your undergraduation for that. (Atleast 70% and above).
If you want to make it to a good university, you would need to score atleast 1000+ in the GRE with a minimum score of 500 in each section.
Let me know if you are planning to retake the GRE so that i can suggest you universities accordingly.

You have to complete the process of application by sending all the other documents required by the Institute as GMAC who conducts this Examination only sent your GMAT score to the Institutes you have marked at the time of the Test rest of the application needs to be completed and sent by you. GLIMS only accept either GMAT or CAT . They have no other Entrance Examination.

An oligopoly is an intermediate market structure between the extremes of perfect competition and monopoly. Oligopolies are made up of a small number of mutually interdependent firms. Each firm must take into account the expected reaction of other firms which affects the price rise or decrease as they will try to maintain current prices which results in a bend in Demand Curve When there is a bend in the demand curve, there has to be a gap in the marginal revenue curve. The bent demand curve is a theory of sticky prices.

For pursuing MA in English from a good college, it is advised to pursue the course only if you had a similar degree in the graduation like B.A. English, English Honors etc. However this may not be a compulsion at all.
B.Com and English are entirely two different streams and making this transition will come along with various difficulties. I would seriously suggest you to pursue your current field.
Post completing your graduation you can pursue of doing Masters in the same or may look for other courses like MBA, CA, CS, CWA, CFA programs.
Also you can opt to write for various govt. sector exams like Civil Services, Bank PO etc de
