Yes, your percentage should not be a problem if you manage to score above 600 in the GMAT(The higher you score, the better it is). Also, try scoring atleast 7.0 band score in the IELTS.
Also, since you are targeting Sep 2011, i would like to inform you that admissions have already started and you should apply maximum by January.
