There are not many institutes which may offer you a Masters in Social Work but then you may consider to go for the similar course from the following Universities:

General Eligibility criteria in most of the institutes is to hold a Bachelors degree in the similar field from a recognized University and the admission procedure involves of qualifying an entrance test conducted by the Institute/ University.

You have not mentioned the designation, which you are holding. The airline industry, had a significant slump, in the last year, but things are looking up. All airlines are looking, to cut down their losses, by plying only on routes, which have a stable traffic. Fuel, by itself, accounts for a major part of the expenditure, apart from maintenance costs. Apart, from this, SPICEJET , positioned itself, as a low cost airline, and thereby, other major players, were also forced, to bring down their fares, and also look at exiting routes, which were not profitable. The airport industry is reinventing itself, and I personally feel, at this point of time, you need not worry too much, about getting retrenched.
